Clearco 444 Foam Spray Adhesive

Description

Difficulty Level - Very Easy Clearco 444 Spray Adhesive is a high performance acoustic foam spray adhesive that is easy to apply and will form a strong and long lasting bond to a variety of surfaces. Clearco 444 Spray Adhesive has a “lace” spray pattern that is easy to control, making over spray and clean-up minimal. This adhesive is best for protected, indoor applications. Always use proper ventilation when applying this product.

Instructions

Application

To ensure positive adhesion, surfaces to be joined need to be clean and free of dirt and foreign material. Test the spray pattern on a piece of scrap paper or cardboard to feel how the spray applicator works. Then spray the product surface and the mounting surface. Both surfaces must be applied with the adhesive spray for a permanent bond. Allow at least 5 minutes for the adhesive to “tack” before bonding the product to the mounting surface. Allow proper ventilation when using this type of product. Drying time may vary, depending on the humidity and porosity of the materials bonded together. Take care in placing the material the first time. Adhesion is immediate and there is no repositioning once the bonding surface and product are in contact.

Clean up

It is highly recommended that gloves be worn as cured Clearco 444 Spray Adhesive is difficult to remove from skin and clothing. The best way to limit clean up is to be careful while applying this product.
